Pichpajee (Oak) Saichuae

- Managing Director -

Pichpajee is a recognized industry expert with 25 years of experiences in organization and HR consulting. Prior to WeFlex, she was a Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson (Thailand) for nearly ten years. Before that, Pichpajee worked with other global consulting firms such as Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She has extensive experiences working in diverse projects including Business Process Reengineering, Organization and HR Transformation and Change, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Competency and KPIs Development as well as Compensation and Benefit Program Design.

She has also been leading a number of large HR transformation projects in the past seven years. She has been working hand-in-hand with CEOs and business leaders to ensure that their HR has been effectively transformed and delivered to achieve business goals. One notable three-year project was a Global HR Transformation for one of the largest conglomerate in Thailand.

Pichpajee is particularly familiar with conglomerates and family businesses as they are growing sectors driven by organization transformation and change.
